Hanover 7, Mummasburg 0

Hanover scored 7 runs on 8 hits to eliminate the Mets on Saturday. Andrew Burke homered for the Raiders and Bob Taylor collected two hits. Austin Kibler went the distance on the mound pitching 7 innings, allowing 2 hits, and striking out 10.

Bobby Weaver doubled for the Mets.

Mummasburg 2, Littlestown 12

Littlestown used 6 different pitchers in 6 innings to defeat the Mets. Justin Keith, Austin Bucher, and Tyler Connor all had multi-hit days. 

Nate Guest, Jonathan Karlheim, Bobby Weaver, Ryan Shriver, Josh Karlheim, and Nathan Harbaugh tallied all 6 hits for the Mets with one a piece. Jonathan Karlheim drove in the only 2 runs for the Mets with a 2 RBI single in the 5th. 

The Mets play their first playoff game on Thursday July 20th in Hanover at 6:00pm.

New Oxford 11, Mummasburg 7

The Twins had 11 runs on 11 hits to outscore the Mets. Conrad Miller led the offensive charge, going 2-for-3 with two doubles. Alex Emlet also had a multi-hit game with two singles. Danny Shafer homered for the Twins in the win.

The Mets were powered on offense by Chris Shriver who was 3-for-4 with three singles and three RBIs. Jordan Wenk also helped the cause with a single and 2 RBIs.

Hanover 11, Mummasburg 5

It was hit parade Tuesday night at Diller Field with the Raiders and Mets combining for 30 hits. Starting pitchers Tyler Null and Jonathan Karlheim both went the distance despite not recording a strike out.

Mark Phillips and Clint Roche dominated at the plate for Hanover with 3 hits apiece. Both players were a triple away from the cycle and scored 3 runs. Andrew Burke, Kody Kibler, and Zach Rudisill added on two hits apiece for the Raiders in the win.

For the Mets, Bobby Weaver and Jordan Wenk had three singles apiece. Chris Shriver doubled twice and Josh Karlheim singled twice.

Game 1: Cashtown 15, Mummasburg 3

Cashtown collected 14 hits and scored 10 runs to beat the Mets in game 1. Zach Ketterman, Mike Temple, Matt Temple, and Hunter Rang all had two hits in the game.

Ethan Ketterman pitched all 7 innings, allowing only 4 hits.

Chris Shriver and Jonathan Karlheim doubled for the Mummasburg.

Mummasburg issued 10 free passes and Cashtown collected 12 hits to breeze by Mummasburg in the second game. Chris Schachle had a single and two doubles in the game, while Chase King was a perfect 4-for-4 with 4 singles at the plate.

Temple and Rang also smashed doubles for the Pirates.

Chris Shriver doubled and Jonathan Karlheim tripled for the Mets.
